Requirements:
Graduated from College or University with a major in economics.
Proficiency in Japanese N2 or above, fluent in both Japanese and Vietnamese languages.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office…).
Good communication skills, quick learner, enthusiastic, able to handle pressure at work.
Job Descriptions:
Import-Export Department Staff:
Planning import/export activities, searching for new products, sending purchase orders, and negotiating with partners.
Contacting suppliers/shipping companies, logistics for booking import-export shipments.
Checking and confirming import-export documents.
Monitoring the schedule of goods to ports and warehouses.
Responsible for drafting, translating, and controlling transaction information content.
Other related import-export tasks.
Sales & Customer Care Staff:
Sales consulting.
Maintaining and developing relationships with customers.
Finding new customers.
Regularly updating market trends, products, and customer needs.
Performing other job duties as required by management.
Placing and checking orders and handling customer issues or complaints.
